Participation in the festival name of “Atlas bayrami”

(The aim of the festival “Atlas bayrami” is to preserve the rich intangible cultural heritage as well as support traditional crafts of Uzbekistan. Since popularization and development of traditional crafts are significant for the entire Central Asian region, the festival has expanded its geographical borders: this time it includes participants from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Guests of the festival will have an opportunity to learn more about great diversity of traditions, styles, designs, techniques and ideas of the region.)

Day 5

Fergana-Margilan

The festival will continued

(Colorful program of the third festival will start with practical training for young craftsmen on traditional weaving, felt art, fashion design using traditional textile as well as financial knowledge and entrepreneurship in the field of craftsmanship. Guests will enjoy exhibitions and fairs of traditional textile, catwalk, outdoor merrymaking with performances by folklore groups and darboz rope-walkers, contest of plov “Devzira”, traditional wrestling “Kurash” and puppet shows.)

Day 6

Rishtan – Kokand

Drive to Rishtan to the house of a well-known ceramic master Rustam Usmanov whose works are exhibited on world exhibitions. Enjoy a pottery workshop and have a look at ceramic collection in a small museum. Visit Khudoyar-Khan Palace, Jami Mosque, Kamol-Kazy Madrasah, and Norbut-biy Madrasah, visit Akhmad Al-Fergani Park in Fergana.

Day 7

Tashkent

Visit chorsu bazar and Tsum market for suvenirs, Independent square, some metro station.
